The Chef’s Slate grew from a simple idea: start with the occasion rather than a fixed menu.

We enjoy food that is generous, beautifully presented and appropriate to the people and the setting in which it is being served.

That may mean an elegant corporate lunch, a table filled with Mediterranean dishes, practical and satisfying food for a film crew, a celebration built around a particular cuisine or something created specifically for one client.
